Ukraine Benefit Gig at Pegswood

An all day benefit gig to help raise money for the people of Ukraine on the 26th March at Pegswood Welfare. We will have live music all day from 1pm including We Are Champion tribute to Queen, Millennium Bug 00s and 90s, Delorean Knights 80s band, The Audios, Stan, Madness by Jay R and Celtic Man. Entrance to the event is £5 and under 10's are free all going to the charity. You can buy tickets on seetickets (search Ukraine Benefit Gig Pegswood) or from the Welfare itself and pay on ddoor. We will also have a licensed bar and hot food with profit from these also going to the cause.

We also have a prize draw.

Terms and conditions of prize draw:
The prize draw is open to UK residents 18 and above, no member of AV Productions running the event is eligible to enter the draw.

Vince Race and Andy Holden will promote the Prize draw on Behalf of the Pegswood Welfare.

To enter the draw

Every £1 donated will get you entry into the prize draw. You can enter as many times as you like for £1 a time maximum 20 entries.
You can get 1 free entry if you do not wish to donate by emailing [email protected] before 28th March 16:00

The prize draw will start from 12th March and will run until 17:00 on the 28th March
The draw will take place at the Pegswood on Monday 28th March at 18.00 and will be witnessed and drawn by local community members who are not part of AV Productions.
Prize details of each, no monetary alternatives will be given 25 prizes in the draw.

Prior to the draw the list of entries free and with a donation will be collated into a list based on time and date of the donated/free entry the names will then be drawn and first name will receive prize 1 etc until the list is completed.
The prize draw winners will be notified via the Pegswood Welfare Facebook page and The Event Page. Prizes can be delivered locally within 14 days or pickeed up from Pegswood Welfare any unclaimed prizes will be donated after 28 days to charity.

No data for the draw will be kept on any other device and no personal information will be retained.
